Migration from Hosted Exchange 2003 to 2007

Dear Customer

Back in spring 2008 we have introduced our new product Hosted Exchange 2007. At the moment you are hosted on our Hosted Exchange 2003 product. We would like to provide the best possible service to our customers, because of that we your accounts to be migrated to Hosted Exchange 2007 infrastructure. On technical reason the support on Exchange 2003 is limited, so we have to start migration the accounts as soon as possbile.

You will get the following enhancements and new features for Exchange 2007:

• Outlook 2007 license for free
• faster connections, high availability
• password changes through Outlook Web Access
• automatic outlook set up (only with your own domain name
• Mac support (Entourage)
• iPhone with ActiveSync, Windows Mobile 5/6 (Device configuration through OWA)

The Migration will be free for you. The monthly pricing remains the same.

To start migrating your accounts, the following setups are neccessary:

You are a customer with a forwarding address (e.x. @bluewin.ch)

Please follow the following steps:

1. Please fill out the Migration form
2. You will get your new account information by E-Mail (within 5-6 days)
3. You will set up your new Outlook profile and testing the connection
4. You change the forwarding e-mail address to your new one (see the new account information)
5. You will export and import your Outlook data in your new profile (see manuals here)
6. Optional: You wipe your BlackBerry device and do a new Enterprise Activation
7. If everything finished please tell us, so we can remove your old mailboxes

You are a customer with more addresses and an own domain name, which has been set up through MX-record?

Please follow the following steups:

1. Please fill out the Migration form
2. You will get your new account information by E-Mail (within 5-6 days)
3. You will set up your new Outlook profile and testing the connection
4. You tell us your desired migration date and time
5. We will set up the mail transfer to your new accounts
6. You will export and import your Outlook data in your new profile (see manuals here)
7. Optional: You wipe your BlackBerry device and do a new Enterprise Activation
8. If everything finished please tell us, so we can remove your old mailboxes
